No joke - this is the best pizza I think I have ever had. Even better than my local back in Sydney. Crust and base were perfect, toppings plentiful without being greasy, full of flavour. These are not your fancy gourmet pizzas where you get a leaf of rocket and a ball of mozzarella on top. These are real pizzas. I’ll be getting again when back in the GC for sure.
We went to have dinner yesterday and Seriously I think I had the best pizza I’ve ever had in Australia, 100% recommended, I will be back with my girls totally. Portions were good and wine super cheap and amazing.
Tonight we had a takeaway Super Supreme Pizza and a Polo Fettuccine. Pizza was chock full of toppings and very tasty; top notch pizza with loads of flavour. The Polo Fettuccine was packed full of flavour; the chicken and mushroom flavour was big and bold and nicely carried in a rich creamy sauce; the pasta was cooked to perfection. It's a pity we are only visiting the area ... otherwise this place would definitely be a regular place to eat.
Phenomenal food, not just the taste but the massive amount they serve. They also had amazing service and atmosphere. A restaurant worth visiting and coming back to. Worth the money!

Lived on the gold coast for 30 years came across this gem pizzeria Italian restaurant in southport my highest recommendation to this family owned business ,amazing traditional Italian food . The sizzling steak ,pizza and garlic fettuccine were out of this world Will be back again .
Got a takeaway pizza, when I went to pick it up it was very busy! The dishes on the table looked delicious and the pizza we got was amazing! Got pineapple on it and it was a good serve of it! 10/10 loved the pizza and will be going there again when I’m down next.
I saw this place the other day. It was so crowded, which made me wonder about this place! And it was absolutely worth it. The staff was so friendly, and even the pizza was the best I’ve ever tried. This place almost made my trip, and my friend and I had one bite, then decided to order one more to take away✌🏻
Loved the pizza takeaway. Atmosphere, nice and homey. Quite cramped though. Pizza: dough was very crispy and well cooked. Toppings were delicious. I got the mexicano and traded onion for pineapple- was good choice. Just very spicy so be careful. I wish there was packed more with toppings especially for that price. Don't get medium or small, because large felt like a normal size. Keen to try their pasta next time
What a great surprise little spot, Roma Pizzeria! We ordered the garlic prawn fettuccine, Hawaiian pizza, and the Hot Rock Fillet Steak, and everything was amazing. The portions were generous, the pizza was loaded with toppings (which we love!), and the steak… oh my gosh, so yummy. The steak was such a fun little surprise too, we got to cook it ourselves on the hot rock, which we absolutely loved! The staff were great and let us know about it beforehand, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking to enjoy homely Italian cuisine, this is definitely the place to go! We will be back 🩷
